Found some recipes that could go down a treat when the summer sun comes out hot – can’t wait to experience!
1. Iced Ginger & Lemon – Boil 4 cups of water and pour over 4 teaspoons of Naturalus Organic Ginger. Leave to brew for 15 – 20 minutes then strain into a pitcher removing ginger. Add ice and slices of lemon, chill and pour as needed!
2. Hibiscus & Lime Cooler – In a saucepan, add 4 teaspoons of Naturalus Organic Red Hibiscus along with 4 cups of water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 – 10 minutes with lid on. Cool and strain into a pitcher, add ice and slices of lime, chill & enjoy!
3. Iced Lemon Green Tea – Take 5 teaspoons of Naturalus Organic Gunpowder Green Tea & put into a T-sac, then put into a 1 litre pitcher of water and add a big handful of fresh mint leaves. Set out in the sun for 3-4 hours, dependant on how dark you like your tea. Remove the T-sac of Green Tea and add the juice of 2 lemons and add stevia or honey to sweeten if you desire. Chill and add ice and serve!
