Orders over $79 are FREIGHT FREE within NZ (Bear in mind that freight is added to your cart until your products total is over $79 e.g. $76 worth of products will still add $8.50 freight with a total of $94.50). Overseas customers please disregard shipping shown in cart. You will need to continue through checkout and choose the Internet Banking option. A new shipping amount together with your order total will be emailed to you with paypal button for payment.
Please Note: If you send us the wrong address information and your package is lost we will endeavour to sort it out but ultimately we cannot replace or refund under these circumstances.
ALSO NOTE OUR COURIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES.
Our courier service is a non-signature required service. The courier will leave it in a safe & secure spot of their choosing unless specified by you at the time of placing your order some customers ask to leave their purchase at the front door if they are not home. We cannot be responsible as to what happens to the order after it is left on your property.
Their stated delivery time is 1-3 working days but depending on time of year and remoteness this can be longer. If you need something urgently please contact us first before placing your order. At Xmas time please allow a couple of extra days for delivery. Please don’t depend on delivery between Xmas day and New Years day. We need a break too.
Shipping Times are: Monday – Friday 8:30am. Any orders received after this time are sent out the following Monday 8:30am

Please be aware that our courier may designate your Address as Rural even though NZ Post does not.

Don’t hesitate in sending us an email from our CONTACTUS page asking about our products or a specific health question. Perhaps you are not comfortable going through our normal ordering process, tell us what you want and we”ll work out the best way to get it to you. We try to answer enquiries on the day they are received.
We reply to all our emails within a few hours. Please ensure you have entered your email correctly as we cannot contact you otherwise. If you have not heard from us then this is probably the case. Please resend your enquiry or contact us on our FaceBook Page https://www.facebook.com/Naturalus. Occasionally our email may be blocked by you or your server’s spam filter.
All amounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST.
Naturalus accepts Visa and MasterCard through PayPal and Stripe. Applepay is also available through Stripe. You can also Checkout using Afterpay.
We also accept payment through direct bank transfers to our bank account.
With this method it may take a couple of days to appear in our account whereas payment by credit card is immediate.
We only collect basic information on the INTERNET BANKING option which is never shared with anyone. Obviously your address is needed for delivery and your email is required so we can send a copy of your order and our bank account number. We may at times send you an email notifying you of a sale or some health information but only if you have subscribed to our Newsletter. At the bottom of these emails in an unsubscribe link which you can click and we will personally remove you from our mailing list.
We will email you with any Contraindications of the herbs you are purchasing.
Since we price our teas based on weight the number of cups per bag will vary (leaves being lighter than roots, flowers sometimes lighter still) . We have put these amounts beside most teas.
The average number of cups per bag of herbal tea (30gms) is 44. That means an average of 21 cents per cup.

INTERNATIONAL
We welcome international orders. Naturally all countries have different rules. Customers are responsible for any customs regulations or taxes imposed on foreign orders. We cannot be held responsible for any seizures by customs outside NZ. Please check in particular with regard to our herbal teas.
Please note if you order through PayPal with the New Zealand Shipping then decide you don’t want to pay the extra shipping to your country we will refund your payment but minus Paypal charges.
Please use the INTERNET BANKING option at CHECKOUT. Overseas customers please disregard shipping shown in cart. You will need to continue through checkout and choose the Internet Banking option. A new shipping amount together with your order total will be emailed to you with paypal button for payment.
However, if you live overseas but are shipping to a New Zealand address then you are welcome to use the PayPal option.
We would advise against buying our Teas if you live in Australia. Your customs are particularly strict on exotic plant material. Everything else should be fine though.
We do not ship to Hong Kong as we have a distributor there. If you need their contact details please CONTACTUS .
Choose your product and checkout using the INTERNET BANKING option. You will receive a confirmation of your order through email with a copy of your order and our Bank Account Number. Please disregard this email as we will send out another with a revised shipping cost. This email will have a PayPal button on it so you can complete your transaction using your Visa, Mastercard or PayPal Account.
We use NZ Post International Air for our overseas freighting.
Obviously shipping costs will vary greatly depending on which country you want our products delivered to and how many items you purchase. Generally the more items in one order the lower the shipping costs per item in that order. Free Shipping only applies to delivery to New Zealand addresses.
Feel free to email us with what items you require and we will send you a quote for the shipping costs.

Unfortunately Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Essential Oils cannot be sent overseas by our Freight Company.
Please note that since the power cords for our Diffusers are wired for New Zealand we do not send overseas. .
