Earl Grey Chocolate Cake!

A lot of people love their Earl Grey tea but before those of you who turn your nose up at the flowery bouquet of E.G. turn away, perhaps you would like to try this little E.G. venture:  
Earl Grey Chocolate Cake!!
The flavour is beautiful, flowers & chocolate the perfect combination!  
Heat your oven to 350F or 176C.  Coat a cake tin with butter and line with baking paper for double insurance of not sticking!
Brew 2 Tablespoons of Naturalus Organic Earl Grey Tea in 1 Cup of water for 5 minutes, strain the leaves and set the brewed tea aside.
Melt 1 x 100gm cake of Green & Blacks Organic 85% Dark Chocolate & leave to cool.
Using a mixer beat 1/2 C of Butter, 3 Organic Eggs, 2 cups of Cane Sugar until fluffy.  Blend in the chocolate.  Beat in 1&1/2 Cups of Organic White Flour and 1/2 Cup of Wholemeal flour (you can use all white if you wish), 1 teaspoon of aluminium free baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon organic sea salt, 1/2 cup of organic yogurt and the brewed tea.  Pour into your cake tin.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.  Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
Turn out of pan and cool.  Dust with icing sugar.
