Organic Matcha Tea

Made from the whole leaves of organically grown matcha plants, from the lush rolling fields of the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan. Matcha is favoured by Buddhist monks as natural fuel for the mind, body and soul. With just a third of the caffeine of coffee, balanced by its unique nutrient composition, matcha powder has a special focusing effect. One serve (1g) can offer the benefits of up to 10 cups of regular green tea! Add to just about anything – smoothies, juices, desserts or enjoy as a nourishing tea.

Easy Banana Smoothie

1 frozen organic banana (cut first into smaller chunks before frozen)

3/4 cup of organic milk of choice

1 tsp organic Matcha Powder

1 tsp Raw Honey or Organic Maple Syrup

1 – 2 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
