FAQ


Shipping Information


Shipping within NZ is between $4.00 and $8.50. Orders over $79 are FREIGHT FREE within NZ (Bear in mind that freight is added to your cart until your products total is over $79 e.g. $76 worth of products will still add $8.50 freight with a total of $94.50). Overseas customers please disregard shipping shown in cart. You will need to continue through checkout and choose the Internet Banking option. A new shipping amount together with your order total will be emailed to you with paypal button for payment.

To see shipping cost - just add the products to cart and then check by clicking the dark grey bay at the top of the page. Shipping is shown - the Total includes shipping.


Please Note: If you send us the wrong address information and your package is lost we will endeavour to sort it out but ultimately we cannot replace or refund under these circumstances.

ALSO NOTE OUR COURIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES.

Our courier service is a signature required service (we do this to ensure that you receive your order safely), some customers ask to leave their purchase at the front door if they are not home. We will add a note to do this but we cannot be responsible as to what happens to the order after it is left without signing for it.

Shipping Time


Their stated delivery time is 1-3 working days but depending on time of year and remoteness this can be longer. If you need something urgently please contact us first before placing your order. At Xmas time please allow a couple of extra days for delivery. Please don’t depend on delivery between Xmas day and New Years day. We need a break too.

Shipping Times are: Monday - Friday 8:30am. Any orders received after this time are sent out the following Monday 8:30am

Using Coupons


After clicking at the top of the page to reveal your shopping cart and making sure you have added all the products you want to purchase enter your code into the " Enter your coupon code: " box. (NB: Only enter code just before you are ready to finally checkout. )
The discount may take up to a minute to appear so please be patient - it will change.
If you do add more to the cart just renter code before proceeding to checkout.

Which Browsers to Use on our Site?


Our site is best viewed with Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers. Internet Explorer 7 and above is also OK but not as many features. If you are having trouble with our site please try varying your browser.

You may also want to consider clearing your browser's cache if you are experiencing any trouble with our site (Here's how http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache).

Some problems can be resolved by simply refreshing the page (Except Firefox - just click in the address window and push Enter or Return on the keyboard).

Don't hesitate in sending us an email from our CONTACTUS page asking about our products or a specific health question. Perhaps you are not comfortable going through our normal ordering process, tell us what you want and we"ll work out the best way to get it to you. We try to answer enquiries on the day they are received.

Did your Email Enquiry Get Through?


We reply to all our emails within a few hours. Please ensure you have entered your email correctly as we cannot contact you otherwise. If you have not heard from us then this is probably the case. All amounts are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST.

Which payment methods are accepted?


Naturalus accepts Visa and MasterCard through PayPal.
We also accept payment through direct bank transfers to our bank account.

What is PayPal?


PayPal, the trusted leader in online payments, enables buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. PayPal has over 100 million member accounts in 190 countries and regions. It's accepted by merchants everywhere.

How do I pay via PayPal?


During checkout in your shopping cart (accessed at the top of the page), choose PayPal as the payment option. Once you click Continue, you will be transferred to PayPal to enter the details of your payment. For your security, your account number and other financial information will remain securely with PayPal and not be communicated to us.

Is PayPal safe to use?


Your credit card number is never exposed to the merchant (in this case us). You have 100% protection against any unauthorized payments sent from your account. Every purchase is confirmed with an email receipt.

Why use PayPal?


No PayPal account is required, there is no need to sign-up but you can if you want. Pay with your credit card, debit card, or bank account. Your choice.

What happens with the Internet Banking option?


Fill in the form (Company and PO Box are optional). You will receive a confirmation of your order through email then soon after another email with shipping included. NZ customers will be given our Bank Account number to pay into. Overseas customers will have a PayPal button on their email.

International


Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please check in particular with regard to our herbal teas. See INTERNATIONAL page.

Your Privacy


We only collect basic information on the INTERNET BANKING option which is never shared with anyone. Obviously your address is needed for delivery and your email is required so we can send a copy of your order and our bank account number. We may at times send you an email notifying you of a sale or some health information but only if you have subscribed to our Newsletter. At the bottom of these emails in an unsubscribe link which you can click and we will personally remove you from our mailing list.

Herbal Tea Contraindications


We will email you with any Contraindications of the herbs you are purchasing.

Tea: No. of cups


Since we price our teas based on weight the number of cups per bag will vary (leaves being lighter than roots, flowers sometimes lighter still) . We have put these amounts beside most teas.

The average number of cups per bag of herbal tea (30gms) is 44. That means an average of 21 cents per cup.

Soap Size


Unless otherwise stated bars weigh approximately 130gms and they have dimensions of 70x70x25 mm

Warranty for Diffusers


.Your diffuser is covered by a 12 month warranty, beginning the day your package is delivered to your door. The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. If you find your diffuser is not working when it first arrives or within the first one (1) year, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
In the case the product has been properly used, but experiences normal product failure, the Company shall provide one-year free maintenance service according to regulations stated here and in the operation manual.
In the event of product failure, please contact us at www.naturalus.co.nz for instructions on returning the product.

Naturalus shall NOT provide free maintenance for instances meeting the following situations (likewise for products still within the valid warranty period):

1 Malfunctions that occur after one year from the date of purchase.
2 Malfunctions caused by not following the cleaning procedures specified in the manual.
3 Malfunctions caused by fire, earthquake, storm, flood, pollution, disaster, war or other external factors.
4 Malfunctions caused by dropping or transportation.
5 Damage caused while operating the product, and scratches or stains caused by dirt or other factors.
6 Malfunctions caused by disassembling, modifying or repairing on your own.
7 Normal wear of LED lights, accessories and other consumables.
8 Malfunctions caused by failure to use specific essential oil as indicated.


Customers will be liable for shipping and/or part costs if it is determined the diffuser malfunction is due to misuse as described in these instructions.
