Oats are highly nutritious and a great start to a cold winters day...to make your Porridge even healthier and very yummy why not try adding the following to your Organic Oats....

(Click on the links to purchase the individual ingredients that you may need)

1/2 cup of Organic Rolled Oats
1 - 3 teaspoons Organic St Mary's/Milk Thistle - Ground
1 teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon &/or Organic Ginger
Grinding of Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt
1 heaped teaspoon of Organic Raw Honey
1 - 2 tablespoons of Organic Berries frozen or fresh

Mix the above (except for the honey & berries) together in a pot and add in 1 and 1/4 cup of water.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

Once at boiling point, stir occasionally, take off the heat anytime between 1 - 5 minutes dependent on how you like your oats.

While the porridge is boiling take a heaped teaspoon of Organic Raw Honey and soften, if liquid no need to soften.
Take 1 - 2 tablespoons of Organic Frozen Berries and blitz in a blender (nutribullet or similar).

When ready pour porridge into bowl, swirl honey over the top and add frozen berries in the middle, add milk of choice.

NOTE: ST MARY'S/MILK THISTLE is a liver supportive/cleansing herb, do not take any medications at the same time as eating.

ENJOY!!
