To keep shipping costs down we use NZPost. Their stated delivery time is 1-3 working days but depending on time of year and remoteness this can be longer. If you need something urgently please contact us first before placing your order.

Shipping within NZ is between $2.50 and $13.00. Overseas customers please disregard shipping shown in cart. You will need to continue through checkout and choose the Direct Order option. A new shipping amount together with your order total will be emailed to you with paypal button for payment.

We also accept payment through direct bank transfers to our bank account.

Since we price our teas based on weight the number of cups per bag will vary (leaves being lighter than roots, flowers sometimes lighter still) . We have put these amounts beside most teas.
